Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is crucial for the optimal learning and progress of the participants in the Creative Music & Me Program. This policy outlines the procedures for the missed classes and the measures taken to accommodate families.

Missed Classes

Please note that we do not offer refunds or rescheduled lessons for classes missed by the student. Refunds will be issued promptly in the event that any class is cancelled by the studio.

Communication of Absence

Families are responsible for informing the program administrators in advance, whenever possible, about any anticipated absences or scheduling conflicts.

In the event of an unforeseen absence, families must notify the program administrators as soon as possible, preferably before the scheduled class. 

Program Expectations

Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes to gain maximum benefit from the program. Regular attendance helps foster a sense of commitment, engagement, and progression in musical learning.

The program administrators will strive to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that missed classes are addressed with fairness and flexibility, while maintaining the overall integrity of the program.

Modification Policy

This policy may be subject to periodic review and updates as necessary. Any modifications will be communicated to participating families in a timely manner. 

Changes to this policy will not affect families who have already registered for ongoing or future sessions, unless explicitly stated. 

By adhering to this policy, we aim to promote a supportive environment for participants in the Creative Music & Me Program while addressing missed classes in a fair and considerate manner.
