Lesson Tuition & Billing Information

Tuition Rates

Our current standard tuition fee is $100/month for weekly, 30 minute lessons. Lesson rates may vary for longer, or more frequent, lessons. Your lesson fees are invoiced once monthly.

Please note that you are charged for lessons monthly, not per lesson. This means that your tuition fee will remain the same each month, regardless of the number of lessons. This monthly fee reflect the overall value that our music academy provides; aside from high quality lessons & teaching staff, we also offer free studio activities & initiatives that our students can take advantage of. A flat monthly fee makes things consistent & simple on your end, and on ours!

Billing Information & Policies

Your lesson tuition is invoiced once per month. Invoices are sent the first week of the month and payment is due 15 days after invoice is received.

A $10 late fee will be charged if payment has not been received by the due date. If you have any concerns regarding your payment date, please contact the studio ASAP. Lesson time slots may be forfeited if payment has not been made.

Credits for any lessons a teacher may have missed will be applied to the student's next invoice. Qualified refunds will be made within 3-5 days of discontinued lessons.

Lesson Dates

Lessons for the 2025-2026 year will run from Sept 2, 2025 - June 26, 2026

The studio is closed during the following dates:

• Dec 22, 2025 - Jan 2, 2026 (Winter Break)

• March 16 - 20, 2026 (March Break)

• All stat holidays (Oct 13, Feb 16, Apr 3 & 6, May 18)

• Halloween (Oct 31)

Missed Lesson Policy

If your lesson is cancelled by the studio (for reasons such as teacher illness or teacher vacation - not scheduled studio closure dates), your lesson will be rescheduled for a time that is mutually convenient for you and the studio. If such a time cannot be found, you will receive a credit for this missed lesson.

Lessons cancelled by the student (for reasons such as student illness or student vacation) are not eligible for refund, and th0ugh our staff may attempt to reschedule lessons missed due to student cancellations, this is not a guarantee.

Studio closure dates (Winter Break, March Break & stat holidays) are not considered studio cancellations, and are not eligible to be rescheduled or refunded.
