Managing bills and payments can be a hassle, that is why we have implemented auto pay. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up auto-pay for your lessons at the studio.
Step 1: Accessing the Invoice
Email Notification: Keep an eye out for an email notification.
Viewing the Invoice: Open the email and locate the "View Invoice" button or link. Click on it to access the detailed invoice for your payment.
Step 2: Review and Prepare
Verify Invoice Details: Once you're on the invoice page, carefully review the details to ensure that they are accurate. Make note of the due date, amount, and any additional charges if applicable. It's essential to be certain that you're paying the correct amount.
Save for Your Records: After confirming the accuracy of the invoice, consider saving a copy of it for your records. This can be useful for future reference or in case of any discrepancies.
Initiate Payment: Look for the "Pay Invoice" button located at the top-right corner of the page. Click on it to proceed to the payment setup.

Q8: What if my payment is late? A: You may be subject to a $10 late fee.

A: No, to keep everything consistent and to reduce payment error everyone is on autopay.
Q9: Will I be charged for studio closures and teacher vacations?
A: No, you will will be deducted to cost of you lessons on your invoice or refunded if a teacher is not able to teach or the studio is closed.
Q10: What if I am going on vacation and will miss a lesson or two?
A: You will still have to pay for the lesson. You have reserved that time and we are unable to book another student in that time slot.
Q11: Can I cancel autopay?
A: Yes, in order to cancel autopay you will need to cancel lessons before the end of the month.

Payment Terms
Monthly invoices are generated on the 1st day of each month, with payment due by the 15th.
A $10 late fee will be applied to delayed payments.
In case of studio closures or teacher vacations within the month, your invoice may be adjusted accordingly.
